Shipping Policy
If the purchased item does not meet your expectations and you are not interested in exchanging it for another item from the website, you can cancel the purchase by returning the item and receiving a refund of the amount paid.
The return of a product and refund will be governed by the following Cancellation, Return and Refund Policy, which was created by Virtual Joias, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Code (LAW No. 8.078, OF SEPTEMBER 11, 1990).
Return and Exchange Policy
Regret or Withdrawal from Purchase
According to Virtual Joias' Return Policy, returns due to buyer's remorse/withdrawal from the purchase will be accepted if the purchased item did not meet the consumer's expectations.
The returned product will undergo analysis and must not show any signs of tampering or use.
Deadline for regretting/canceling the purchase
The deadline for regretting/canceling the purchase is 7 consecutive days, counted from the date of receipt of the purchased product/item, as established by Article 49 of the Consumer Protection Code (once this period has elapsed, the product will be considered accepted by the customer).
